“Flip or Flop gives me life!! I love what Tarek and Christina do for a living. I am 20 years old residing in Maryland and I will soon be taking my PSI Salesperson exam to receive my real estate license. There are many different pathways in which you can take within the RE business. Tarek and Christina have motivated me to pursue real estate and start flipping foreclosure/distressed homes (once I build some equity). Honestly, majority of the information in which I've learned is from these two smart and talented individuals. There is a lot of preparation and time in which flip or flop doesn't air. Yet, they show you the basic concepts; finding a property, investing, contracting, redesigning, CMAs, reselling and profiting. Since I am halfway across the country im not able to experience and learn the aspects which Tarek and Christina teach yet, Reading the posts and blogs on Success path allow me to obtain so much knowledge. During our Bootcamp's "boots on the ground" real estate trip with Al Phillip-Neri and the rest of the class, I was instructed by Al, while in the house I chose from my homework list to view, that if I was interested in it I needed to make an offer right then, b/c it wouldn't last long. I asked how much should I offer and turned around and told my agent I wanted to make a full price offer!!!! OMG!! OMG!! DID I DO THAT?!!! YES! I did!! Why? “I wanted to share my thoughts on the Success Path event I attended. I only attended the free one, sorry if you wanted more info. I am a HUGE Flip or Flop fan and when I saw their ad on my Instagram I knew I had to attend. I was hoping Christina and Tarek would attend since the event was in LA and they are from Orange County. Did I expect them to attend? No. But I was definitely hoping! As most of you know they didn't attend but there was a video of them talking about what we were going to be presented. First off, the venue was stellar. The hotel was great, there was plenty of parking and I easily found the event room it was going to be presented in. I stopped at a front desk and got a name tag and they scanned my confirmation email. I went in and found a seat near the front. On the seat there were some snack packs and a bottle of water plus the event materials. The event last around 3 hours since I stayed for the tax lien stuff. I knew I wasn't going to be able to afford anything they were selling so I wanted to get as much info as I could out of the free stuff. At the end of the event we were given our free e-book instructions plus a MP3 player. I am satisfied by the event! Tarek and Christina have great staff and it was a very professional time.”

“I want to preface this review by saying I live in an abnormal area (Alaska) which affected my success. The good: The events were great and the information I received was even better. BTW I attended the free event and the 3 day. I was visiting family on the mainland when both events occured and we went to all together and we all signed up for the 3-day and we all loved it! The bad: I went back to Anchorage to use the skills I learned and it didn't work as well for me. This sucked. I don't plan on living in Anchorage forever (I would like to live closer to family) so I can still use the skills I learned but for now, Anchorage doesn't have as a great of a market as I was hoping for. The ugly: None, I just thought my title needed a little pizzazz. I would recommend this to everyone in mainland US. If you are in Alaska....move?”

“I would consider myself an amateur real estate investor. I have experience managing and fixing up homes and would like to create a nice portfolio of rental properties. I wouldn't consider myself a flipper - I'm more of a fix-and-hold investor. I saw an ad online for a Success Path event and thought this would be a great opportunity since Tarek and Christina have a super successful show. I went to the free event and thought the teacher did a great job of going over basic to intermediate concepts and was very professional so I signed up for a weekend event. I talked to one of my friends about the event and he had his concerns but agreed to come with me. We both really enjoyed the event. Great information, great people and we both learned so much. My expectations were exceeded and I made some great connections at the event. I feel ready to invest and look forward to following up with other students and asking how they are progressing through the program. My buddy said it best "You will never get anywhere unless you make a change and try". God bless.”

“I'm happy to report that I did the Success Path training (YES - the big money package) and it did work. I'll do my best to explain it but I worked my way from the free event to the 2k workshop to a big package. My experience with the company is great! And to all you free event people complaining that you didn't meet Christina & Tarek, I did. And let me tell you, they know WAY more information than HGTV puts out. From event to event I was blown away by the professionalism the employees put out and how much information their instructors know (from their own experiences) which is why I invested. I don't really know what to share since people aren't really asking questions on here, they are just complaining about the free event so let me explain some things I didn't know going in. The coaching works extremely well. I received a coach that is actively investing in real estate and anytime I had questions or was working through paperwork or was trying to figure out which properties to invest in, I could easily make an appointment with him and we'd talk everything through. I'm not sure if anyone has invested in real estate but there is SO much legal jargon you have to get through and the coaches know it all and will help you make the best choices. Coaching - 5 stars I also attend the Vegas event which is where I met LOTS of real estate investing celebrities from many different shows. All of them were so personable and the event was insane. So much information being given, tons of companies there that will help you with funding, finding properties, figuring out taxes, etc, etc, etc. THAT was an experience I will never forget. Plus they have motivational speakers that are amazing and really keep you excited about investing. I currently have 3 deals in the works and the money I am expected to make surpasses what I paid in training and is almost my yearly salary. Would I recommend this program to a friend? Absolutely.”
